Switchsupport is a new company established in 2006 aimed to bring I.T. support to home users and small businesses initially to South Yorkshire.

The company plans to bring low cost support to its customers without compromising on quality.

Recently SwitchSupport has completed their online helpdesk which will allow existing and new customers to raise trouble tickets, also known as 'cases', online without having to use the phone. Once a ticket is logged our customers can add notes and track their cases from our support website. This tool also allows users to track their company tickets.

Once the business has established a customer base in South Yorkshire, plans will be made to offer our home services outside the region. SwitchSupport already provides support to small businesses to companies across the UK.

One of our clients is LesterDominic Solicitors based in Southgate, London and in Knutsford, Cheshire. This client has dedicated web and email servers in their London office and utilise VPN technology in their office in Knutsford to connect to their head office network in London.
